sometime in elementary between second and third grade. he doesn't spend much time studying, he just has photographic memory which allows him to learn larger quanitites of information a lot quicker than usual. he's used his amazing talent to his benefit of course in academic. and although academics aren't his main priority, it seems like it would be as amazing grades he has. hayden tutors other people and helps them out. many people think he's just an overachiever but in reality, without his eidetic memory, he wouldn't do as well as he does scholarly-wise. every class he maintains from a solid A to an A+. only once in his life has he ever obtained a B and that was a cinematography elective class in fifth grade. he has a high i.q. and plans to score very highly on his SAT in the near future. despite his concentration on things, he's quite mellow and therefore really easygoing. he tends to be easy to talk to because he's a great listener but a great talker at the same time. plus, he has quite the social network going on because he does plenty of things and gets involved all around. many people gravitate towards him due to his sincere and gentle way of dealing with situations. if he has to, he'll step into situations to calm them down if he can see a disaster coming into place. he'll stick his head out for people, even if they're strangers because he feels everyone deserves help and so he helps them. hayden is quite sociable. plenty of people know him from all around and he knows plenty of people. he treats everyone like a friend, even if they're only an acquaintance. it's very hard for him to become angry with someone or hold a grudge against them. hayden is extremely active with everything, trying his hardest to maintain and equal balance in everything. he spends most of his time as a male dancer and gymnast. he tries his hardest to practice day after day and though some people find it odd he's a male dancer, he sticks with it. that doesn't mean he's not capable of playing other sports because he definitely can throw a football so don't underestimate him because he's got a wicked throwing arm. he's also attends event people host to maintain some sort of popularity and create a relation with as many people as he can. not for popularity, but to experience more. hayden values the importance of experiences which is why he is so active in the city of portland. this is how he keeps his name known around the school, though not intentional. he is accustomed to people liking him so someone disliking him is rather discomforting to him. . negative traits naive, depressed, busy hayden may have all the smarts, but that doesn't grant him wit or the ability to udnerstand it. despite being a senior, hayden hasn't experienced much. he's always focused on dance, gymnastics, and school to worry about alcohol, sex, and drugs. he's so naive when it comes to so many things. because he doesn't do those things listed above, he's unaware of how many people actually participate in them. many seniors tend to belittle him though because he should be a junior and he's small compared to most of the seniors who stand a few inches taller than him (or he's just shorter than most). hayden is a bit too trusting in people, believing that they are like him: hoping to help someone rather than bring them down. he tries his hardest to disliking people which is why he is so naive. he'd rather hurt himself than another person. hayden is the kid who trades you the more liked flavor lollipop for the licorice. hayden's always focused on other people and other people are a great distraction from his depression. he hides it easily from other people because they don't notice it when he's having fun with them, but when he's left to himself he becomes much more melancholy in his thoughts. he's only noticed them since halfway through junior year. he fights the emotions that come with it because he feels he shouldn't be depressed because he's had plenty given to him, since he is rich and he has photographic memory. because he sees he has had a pretty easy life, he doesn't feel he has enough reason to feel depressed which makes him actually feel worse. he hides it from the public and tries his best to keep it from getting out of hand. he's been fine so far and he hopes to keep that up. hayden's determination in his activites tends to keep him busy. hayden keeps himself busy in order ot keep the depressed thoughts away, but in reality, it makes him even more stressed. filling up his schedule is fun, but he tends to overload himself without realizing it. other people may see the stress, but he tries his best to put on a happy face and believe everything's fine. hayden hates being alone and when people can't come over to his house, he finds excuses to get out of it and keep himself busy, mostly he goes to events and gatherings that he's not even interested in. most people don't understand why he's so sociable and they don't see it is actually a distraction for himself. . likes dancing, gymnastics, music, animals, friends, attending things, helping people, tutoring, his photographic memory, the arts, people, socializing, gatherings, his house, charity events, food, puppies . dislikes being sick, his depression, his parents, the way they treat him, being left alone, an empty schedule, mondays, the smell of roses, sore muscles, academics, stress, migraines, rainy days, winter, jorts, jocks, homophobes. . dreams and secrets hayden is actually unaware and is denying his actual dreams, but his hopes are to become a very prestigious dancer. because he's being pushed in academics by his parents, it's difficult for hayden grasp what he truly wants. for now, his brain on focused on academics and that is what he assumes. hayden hasn't told anyone of his more depressed thoughts because he worries people will treat him differently and he'll lose all he's been working very hard for. - - - - HISTORY growing up hayden was always expected to achieve great things, though mostly in academics. his mom was a lawyer and his father was a wealthy investor. both attained adequate money from their jobs and they both barely spent time with their child. they were only there to discipline the kid and when hayden acted up as a child, his father was quick to discipline and wasn't the type of father that was very calm at times. he was always stressed from work and he carried that stress home with him, often causing arguments within his household with whomever. hayden paid no attentions to it really. already in elementary, they were pleased to find out their child was very talented in the academics but not until he was in fourth grade, were they told he had photographic memory. when they found this little fun fact out, they were pleased enough to leave hayden alone and not really acknowledge his academics, seeing that he would have that under control thanks to the physical discipline his parents both left on him. imprinted on his mind that he would need to be the scholarly type in order ot become successful, he held his head up and journeyed to become such, at such an early age, too. most people found him very nice and polite and enjoyable. they liked to have hayden around because he was friendly and would always invite people over to his expensive house with wonderful things for his friends to play with. hayden made friends quickly in school and had enough on his mind with academics but soon found interest with dance in the sixth grade. through dance did he decide he would do gymnastics as well in order to keep himself twice as much as in shape as the other dancers because he is an over achiever after all. it was his newfound passion. learning he was gay in high school didn't surprise him or any other people. his parents even brushed it off as long as he didn't receive any trouble from it seeing it could be a barrier for his success. but it definitely wasn't because he went into high school, making only one B in his life (which he was punished for). with A's all across his report card, he was seeminly pleased and has always been. as of now, he's just trying to
