COMPOSED emotions are constantly getting in the way achieving what you want. this is something that dahlia has learned from watching her parents so she decided never to let her emotions control her life. she is the type of person who can easily take her emotions out of the picture when having to do something difficult or hard. when it comes to stressful situations she is normally the one to look too because in front of others she is always calm and knows what needs to be done. as far as everyone is concerned she is never stressed and it is extremely hard to put her under any pressure. she seems very confident and makes sure that everyone thinks that almost nothing can change that about her. trying to catch her out of character is very unlikely because when she is around people she is extremely cautious about everything she says and does. she tries hard to give off a confident and level-headed aura. HOPELESS ROMANTIC no matter how hard she tries to hide her feelings dahlia is the definition of a hopeless romantic. when she falls for someone she falls hard and does whatever she had to do to make sure that they are hers. if this means finding some way to get rid of a pesky girlfriend then that's what she's doing to do. being an only child dahlia is use to getting what she wants and when she doesn't get it she can turn rather devious. blackmail, framing, and endless amount of lying are only the few things on the list she's willing to do for the person she loves. but in her mind all the things she does are to ensure that she and the person she is with are happy, at least in her mind. she really does believe that she knows what's best for the both of them. nobody can get in the way of her latest true love. PERFECTIONIST growing up with a perfectionist mother dahlia has learned to want everything to be the exact same way, perfect. everything has to be in the right place and in the right order. all that she does has to be at its best and everyone has to know it. she works so hard to plan everything out to make sure that there will be no mistakes. when it comes to her plans she tries to think of every possibly outcome and be ready for it. when there is a mistake she takes it very hard and beats herself up about it not understanding how she could have let it happen. when it comes to people criticizing the way she does things she's very defensive because she doesn't want to think something that she did wasn't right. anything that is not perfect is unacceptable and needs to be changed. though it seems no matter how hard she tries she can't be perfect. dahlia is extremely self conscious of everything that she does even though she tries very hard not to show it. no matter how many people may compliment her for her achievements she never thinks it is enough and just strives to do better. THE STORY their senior year of college michelle and tony met and he was absolutely astonished by how amazing and perfect she seemed. whenever you saw her she looked as though she had just stepped out of a magazine. before she would even go on a first date with him he had to prove that he would be worth her time. he told her all about her plans after college and how he had a plan of his own. she of course couldn't resist a man who knew what he wanted and was going to get it. they got married right after college and by the age of twenty-six she had her first child dahlia nicolette moreau. growing up dahlia's mother needed everything to be perfect, not one hair could be out of place. her mother was constantly stressing over every single detail and taking it out on everyone around her. whenever she was in one of her moods everyone knew that it was the best to avoid her until she was finished with it. but even though her mother seemed to go crazy with stress the things she accomplished at the end were always amazing and beautiful. of course she didn't think that so she would try even harder the next time to make something more elaborate. dahlia was amazed at the things her mother could accomplish when she really put her mind to it. she couldn't understand how one person could achieve so much in so little time. dahlia was so proud of having her as a mother that she was constantly bragging about how amazing she was to all her friends. she wanted to grow up and be exactly like her mother. but unfortunately the stress of having a family that wasn't as focused on perfection got to her and she couldn't handle it anymore. in the end she ended up divorcing her husband and moved across the country where she could work in a big company with people who were just like her. she couldn't handle oregon and how cooped up she felt in the environment. of course everyone told dahlia that it wasn't her fault but it had to be because she was the one who was constantly making mistakes and ruining everything for her mother. they were both so happy until dahlia came into the picture and messed everything up and caused them to have to leave one another. her father realized how hard the divorce had really hit her so they decided to put her in therapy. as far as everyone was concerned therapy did wonders and really helped her to realize that the divorce was not her fault. but all it really did was show her that she had to be more careful about letting people see what was really going on in her head. when she began high school dahlia decided that she was going to have to try better to show her mother that she could be perfect too. that she could be perfect enough that they could all be one big happy family once again. that's when she started doing almost everything she could get her hands on to show everyone what an amazing job she could do without anyone's help. she quickly climbed the social ladder at school knowing that the more popular you were the better the opportunities you could receive. she made sure to befriend all the right people and do all the right things to ensure that everyone knew who she was. high school was just the first step that she had to get through in order to get to the right college.
