[/justify]alright, so that beautiful young lady up there is cece's best friend from canada. the playby used there is darla baker but i am perfectly free for you to choose someone else as long as she is brunette. i'm going to call her darla for now, to keep things simple.
back in canada, cece wasn't this manipulative lying little bitch that she has become in portland. she was a sweet girl, pretty laid back and optimistic. darla was like that two, and the girls got along very well despite the fact that they were very similar. however, when cece left to come to portland after her mothers death, she didn't tell anyone where she was going, not even darla. of course, after a couple days darla got worried. so she took it upon herself to find cece, and make sure she didn't hurt herself. so she got herself into the house cece and her mother used to share and poked around, looking for clues of where her best friend may have gone, which led her to portland. being nineteen and legally an adult, she left her hometown and came to portland to find cece.
when darla and cece meet again, darla isn't going to like the person cece has become. but she promises not to blow cece's cover, hoping that her friend will realize how stupid she is being on her own. as time goes on, darla is going to become more and more unhappy with cece's actions and attempt to convince her to stop it. the final straw will be when cece sends erich to jail. darla is going to get extremely angry, pretty much go on this giant rant that will make cece realize she's actually in love with erich (yeah, good going idiot) and pretty much tell the entire school that cece isn't who she says she is. (maybe she steals cece's diary and puts photocopies around the school in a very 'meangirlsesque style?)
