alright so, i think there should a local gym, like a 24 hour fitness kind of thing. i also have a question about the swimming pools at Kimball, are they indoor or outdoor?

If we're throwing out suggestions, might I suggest a Downtown board? Would really be fun for characters with nothing to do to just explore the downtown area. Also maybe a bar of some sort other than the Grille's? One that all the stereotypical tough guys and shady characters hang out.
Edit: In the downtown board, there could be sub boards such as a pizza parlor, a junkyard, record store, etc. Idk, I personally like a more urban look when it comes to cities so I might be bit biased >>
