PERSONALITY CARELESS when it comes to life - jace is completely carefree of any sort of problems. i know it sounds ridiculous - everyone has problems, right? true. but jace doesn't really care about them. while people go through life worrying about their next math test, or freaking out about getting into a team - jace doesn't care about anything but his hair facing the wrong way or his clothes not matching. maybe it's the fact that jace is actually pretty smart, so he doesn't need to study, but it's more because he really doesn't give a shit in any way. most people find this trait about him relaxing, since he always chilled when he's with others, but sometimes people get annoyed with him because of it. WITTY jace is good with his words. he had excellent comedic timing and knows when to say what. he's fast on his feet and knows how to make people laugh. he doesn't really enjoy something without humor and can bullshit with the best og them. he has always prided himself on not taking things too seriously and prefers to make them into a joke rather than spend time trying to deliberate unecessary decisions. he can take a awkward or serious situation and turn it into a funny one. with his words of course. he's also able to make people belive in his bullshit. girls especially. he can work his magic with words and make them practically come running at him. just a few compliments here and there and they're eating out of the palm of his hand. his words can also get him into trouble sometimes. like when he tries to mess with someone who's quite a bit bigger than him, maybe a boyfriend every now and then. but overall his wittiness has mainly helped him. ARROGANT a large ego? you have the right guy, here. jace, although raised from a childhood of humility and consideration, still has a rather large ego. now, none of us really know if his ego is as real as his beautiful, deep eyes - but who can tell? jace consistently acts with scorn and arrogance when meeting people or continually bumping into people, it's almost as if he has a god complez. plus his whole 'I don't give a fuck about anyone but myself' attitude doesn't really help either. i guess it's not really that strange of a trait for a pretty, rich boy who's highly attractive and has gotten everything he wants. who knows? maybe his arrogance is just another disguise to warn off any undesired visitors. we're going to leave this trait for you to figure out, alright? INSENSITIVE jace does not put peoples feelings first. at least those that he doesn't consider his good friends, and even they get pushed aside at times. he has a bad habit of forgetting names, especially girls who he's already slept with, usually in a drunken state. he's never really been good at gauging how others feel and to be honest he doesn't really care. sure, he may seem to truly care about how others are doing or feeling. if he feels it's necessary to ask how a girl is doing if he could get closer to her and make-out with her then he will do so. but if he doesnt deem it worthwhile he won't do so. pretty harsh - i know - but jace isn't really the type to care what others think about him. at least in a negative light. if he can still get girls than that all that matters to him. girls and his sister are what he lives for. anything else is just a side note. especially if he's made people feel bad about themselves then yeah, that sucks, but it doesn't hold him back one bit. he will still sleep well at night. he just brushes it off and forgets about it, simple as that. THE STORY jace oliver lyons was born to a sixteen year old rape victim, elizabeth moore. confused, scared, and frustrated, elizabeth ended up giving her newborn child to a nearby adoption center. she left the child on the porch, hoping that they would find him, and find him they did. they took in the little child, giving him a temporary home with a temporary mother. he lived there for barely a year, when he was picked up by a young couple - ryanne and anthony lyons. they already had a one year old daughter, who they had named barbie, and were excited to have another child in the family, especially a little baby boy. they kept the name jace, which had been given to him by the adoption agency, and added on the oliver lyons. in his childhood years, jace didn't change much. his parents were well off when it came to money - ryanne worked in high end retail stores and anthony worked in his own law firm - so jace never had to worry about not buying too much stuff. instead, jace was spoiled rich. if jace wanted a new toy, he would get a new toy. ryanne dressed her little boy and her little girl in the best clothes money could buy - if they could look great, why not? while barbie was young and rather average when it came to school, jace was his perky, intelligent self. he spent a majority of his time with his older sister, who quickly grew to become his best friend. he would play with her incessantly, and would prefer spending time with her rather than with his other friends from school. he had the cool older sister, and he didn't mind flaunting it. jace's life was pretty average, up until about the age of eleven. now, jace hadn't been told he was adopted - it had never come into conversation before, until one day when he finally started questioning. ryanne, not wanting to lie to her son, told him exactly what he wanted to know, which at first upset him. jace started becoming more withdrawn, secluding himself, and only speaking to his sister. he found out that she had been adopted to, and that they weren't even related, which made him feel even more alienated. this behavior soon turned sour. jace went from being perky, to withdrawn, to rebellious. any chance that he had, jace would lash out and rebel against his parents - still while maintaining his close relationship with his sister. he found ways to defy them, to refute what they had given him. he was a brat, and this attitude continued until he turned thirteen. at this point, ryanne and anthony were sick of his behavior, and they decided to send their son to boarding school in england to learn how to behave. reluctant, pissed, and hating life, jace packed up his bags and moved out to a remote town named 'ascot' in england. he was moved into a dorm room with three other boys, and forced to behave well. you can imagine how that went - not well. jace tried his hardest to fit in, just because he wanted to go back to his sister - but he was convinced for a few months that he absolutely hated his parents. he refused to contact them, to talk to them. but, it turned out that boarding school didn't help him that much - not that his parents knew. jace started smoking with other boys, smooth-talking the girls that went to his school. when he turned fifteen, jace was allowed back to his home. he doesn't hate his parents, but he's still reluctant to accept them. he's extremely close with his sister, barbie, and has even picked up an english accent.
