SMART despite her attitude toward school, victoria is a very smart girl. hardly anyone sees this side of her because she simply doesn't apply herself as well as she could. however, she knows everything there is to know about dirt bikes. you can find her reading a lot of times as well. like a sponge, she absorbs information that grabs her attention, and is able to remember it later if she needs to. book smarts aren't the only thing victoria has. she also has street smarts, and can handle herself when things get tough. it's no secret that victoria has always been smart. in fact, up until high school, she got all a's and b's. RUDE unfortunately, victoria can be very rude when interacting with other people. she tends to speak before she thinks about what she's saying. she doesn't care if she hurts someone's feelings. to her, it's better to be honest and have the truth hurt than lie to someone's face. she's also not afraid to curse, and she doesn't care if people are offended or not. she does what she likes and if you're in her way, she's going to let you know. she's definitely not a proper, nice, good girl, and she likes to let people know right away. however, she wasn't always like this. her rudeness came through shortly after her mother died. ADRENALINE JUNKIE the one trait that really came through after her mother's death was her addiction to danger. victoria was introduced to dirt bikes by her dad. at first it was a way to get her mind off of her mother. soon though, victoria fell in love with the sport. it gave her a rush and made her feel more alive than she had in a long time. this also made her more open to smoking with her boyfriend and skipping class. when she breaks the rules, it gives her a rush and loves putting herself in danger, though she would never tell anyone about it. she's always looking for new and exciting things to do, no matter how much harm she could cause herself. HISTORY MOTHER FATHER charles scott larson BROTHERS n/a SISTERS n/a PETS maximus, tabby cat OTHER wyshak, boyfriend/soul mate THE STORY victoria has had a very difficult life. as a child, she was mostly left to fend for herself, since both of her parents had to work to keep the house they lived in. victoria learned how to cook for herself, pick out her clothes, and get through school without any help. at first she struggled, but over time, it became easier and easier to make good grades and handle anything that came her way. as the years went by, she didn't have to do as much for herself, since her dad earned a promotion and began making more money. at that time, her mother decided to become a stay at home mom, and try to help vicky the best she could. she was always very flaky and forgetful, but vicky loved her mom and enjoyed having someone around the house to talk to, since she had no siblings to hang out with. victoria was always a little different from everyone else, and she never really introduced herself to a lot of her classmates because they thought she was weird. however, she did have a couple of good friends, mostly because of the play dates her mom would take her to. unfortunately, things took a very bad turn when vicky's mother died in a car accident. at the time, vicky was fifteen, and it was then that her father stepped in and got more involved. he tried to spend as much time with her as possible, and introduced her to one of her now favorite hobbies: dirt biking. having been a tomboy for most of her life, she wasn't afraid to get dirty, and soon she was riding all the time. it gave her a rush and made her feel as if her mother wasn't gone. it made her feel alive, and after that, she was out looking for something dangerous to do. it was in high school that vicky met her current boyfriend, wyshak. he was gorgeous and had the same sense of humor she did. she instantly liked him, and has been dating him ever since. though he's gotten her to smoke, she could care less. she honestly thinks she's meant to be with him, and she feels as though nothing can go wrong when they're together. BEHIND THE MASK ALIAS cara AGE nineteen EXPERIENCE four years FOUND US on " WE ARE WHO WE ARE CODE WORD I Feel Like Dancing OTHER CHARACTERS n/a ROLEPLAY EXAMPLE alyssa needed something to do. it was the only way she could get her mind off of her mother. it had been an entire year since the car accident, and yet every time someone mentioned her or alyssa's eyes landed on a picture of her, she went to pieces. school was the worst, because people pitied her and told her they were sorry. she hated that, and it only caused her more pain. luckily, she had found something to keep her sane, grounded. and that something was nathan wescott. if it wasn't for him, she knew she would be in a mental hospital. she had met him the day she moved to barrington hills. she and her family had introduced themselves to their neighbors, and nathan lived right next to her. from that day on, they were joined at the hip. they were always doing stuff together: going to see movies, hanging out at the mall, doing homework. when her mother died, he had come over and stayed with her while she and her dad planned the funeral and dealt with lawyers. she had been scary those first couple of weeks, crying all the time, not eating anything. hell, she couldn't even sleep. her life had gone from perfect to terrible in one day. she had been avoiding all her friends at school, and eventually they had given up, realizing that she didn't want them around. but despite all of this, nate had been there. he hadn't given up on trying to help her feel better. he stayed with her no matter what she said or did. every time she was around him, she felt like she could actually breathe again. of course, there was one thing she noticed whenever they hung out. he was known to flirt with her, and it made her confused. she assumed it was just him being nice at first, but lately she questioned it more. did he really like her? she didn't want to give him the wrong idea by staying by his side. it wasn't that she didn't want to date him, but she didn't want to lose her best friend if it didn't work out. and what if she lost him like she lost her mother? she wouldn't be able to handle not being around him for the rest of her life. and today, she needed him, so she sent him a text. they had both decided to watch a television show called 'how i met your mother.' even though it had the word mother in it, she knew she would be able to handle it if nate was there. her eyes moved to the clock, and she knew she needed to get ready to go. it was a little past noon, but she was still in her pajamas. if she wanted to go anywhere, she needed to fix herself up. with that in mind, she went into her room and grabbed a change of clothes, slipping them on quickly. then she ran a brush through her hair and looked in the mirror. she looked a lot better than she had over the past couple of months. the bags under her eyes had mostly disappeared, but some nights she still couldn't fall asleep. shaking her head to herself, she grabbed her toothbrush and began brushing her teeth. once that was done, she moved back into her room to grab her shoes. while she did this, she also pulled out her phone, reading over his last text. he told her to bring food, and she needed to grab some before she ran out the door. once her shoes were on, she hopped up and went into the kitchen, putting her phone back in her pocket. she searched the cabinets, and all she could find were oreos and chips for snacking. it would just have to do, she thought. at least she had oreos. she loved the icing in the middle. usually, she would separate the two halves, lick the icing off, and hand the cookie part to nate. she didn't care for the outsides, just the middle. food in hand, she walked out the door, locking it behind her. as she walked down the drive way, she tensed at the sight of her car. since the accident, she had kept her driving to a minimum to avoid having panic attacks. she thanked god nate lived right next door. it would be terrible to have to drive to his house. she brushed it off and focused on having a good time. she finally reached the front door of his house and rang the doorbell, waiting for him to answer. |
